Business Challenge

A product idea to provide greater transparency to the B2C customer to view real-time servicing status of his motor bike. The app intended to make the entire process of registering for bike service, pick up and real-time service easier and transparent.

Solution

Intelegain developed the bike servicing platform that provides customers greater transparency to B2C customers of their bike maintenance, viewing real-time status of each stage of their bike servicing. The platform incorporated several features including – Assisted Door-step Pick-up and Drop for two-wheelers, Inventory Management, Order Management, Customer Relationship Management and Referral Management.
