We’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Team Lead who can architect, lead, and deliver.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 7+ engineers to deliver scalable, secure web applications and mobile apps.
- Architect cloud‑first solutions from business requirements.
- Contribute in feature development.
- Maintain code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize SDLC for speed and quality.
- Drive Git strategies across GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Communicate seamlessly with clients and internal teams.
- Keep projects on track using JIRA.
What You Bring
- Strong in .NET (8 and above), MS SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Proven cloud‑first development expertise.
- Experience delivering web & mobile apps end‑to‑end.
- Detail‑oriented leadership with sharp communication skills.
Nice to Have
- AI exposure, certifications.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Next.js, and modern stacks.
