Role:

A high-impact individual contributor who independently owns international revenue, from opening doors through their network to closing high-ticket deals, while helping shape our global go-to-market strategy. High autonomy, measured on revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve international revenue targets across the full sales cycle for high-ticket deals.
• Leverage an existing senior network to create, nurture, and convert opportunities globally.
• Build relationships with CxO/VP-level decision-makers at prospective organizations.
• Develop strategic alliances and partnerships that drive global market penetration.

Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Optimization Expert who can lead organic growth across traditional search engines and emerging AI-led discovery platforms. This role goes beyond rankings and traffic. The ideal candidate will improve how users discover, understand, trust, and engage with our brand across Google, Bing, AI Overviews, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute a future-ready organic visibility strategy covering SEO, AEO, GEO, and AIO, with a strong focus on search intent, content quality, AI discoverability, engagement, and business outcomes.

• SEO Strategy: Define and execute organic growth strategies across technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, site architecture, and performance improvement.
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Structure content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, zero-click results, voice search, Google AI Overviews, and other answer-first search experiences.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Improve brand visibility, citation eligibility, topical authority, entity clarity, and source credibility across generative search and AI answer engines.
• AI Optimization (AIO): Optimize content and site architecture so AI systems, LLM-based assistants, and AI crawlers can accurately understand, extract, summarize, and cite our content.
• Content Systems: Build and optimize topic pillars, clusters, FAQs, comparison pages, service pages, product/category pages, and buyer-journey content to support both search engines and AI-driven discovery.
• Technical SEO: Audit and improve crawlability, indexing, rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, robots directives, and overall site health.
• Structured Data & Entity Signals: Implement and guide schema markup such as Organization, Article, FAQ, Product, Review, Breadcrumb, and Person where relevant to improve machine readability and trust signals.
• AI Visibility Monitoring: Track appearances, citations, mentions, referral traffic, sentiment, and share-of-voice across Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar platforms.
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, engagement, conversions, AI visibility metrics, and content performance, then convert insights into clear action plans.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO-first, AI-ready, and UX-aligned implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, or search-led demand generation.
• Strong working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO, including how AI-driven search experiences discover, interpret, and cite web content.
• Proven ability to adapt SEO strategy around frequent algorithm updates, SERP changes, AI Overviews, and evolving user search behavior.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and performance optimization.
• Experience building content structures that improve discoverability, authority, trust, and conversion across informational, commercial, and transactional intent.
• Ability to connect organic visibility efforts to measurable outcomes such as qualified leads, conversions, pipeline contribution, brand authority, and customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI visibility or GEO monitoring tools such as Semrush AI Toolkit, Ahrefs Brand Radar, Profound, Otterly.ai, or equivalent platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to explain technical and AI-search concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with enterprise, SaaS, B2B technology, or e-commerce websites.
• Understanding of buyer journeys, conversion rate optimization, and search experience optimization.
• Exposure to AI-assisted SEO workflows, content brief generation, content audits, and competitive gap analysis.
