A Customized CRM platform to Automate the sales process
11th August 2021: Today, Intelegain technologies completed Microsoft Dynamics CRM training sessions for Berkeley Energy Commercial Industrial Solutions. BECIS is one of the leading energy as a service (EAAS) providers with renowned commercial and industrial customers.
This training was attended by BECIS top management and other operation professionals from around the world. After implementing and training Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BECIS assists them to automate their sales processes contributing to improvised client relations.
The training was conducted in two sessions that covered the lead process module and the site management module. Below is the schedule for the training sessions.

These training sessions will help the Berkeley Energy Commercial Industrial Solutions team to work efficiently with Dynamics CRM sales. It will also help build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close sales deals faster. Besides, the solution will enable them to create marketing lists and campaigns and even follow service cases corresponding to certain accounts or opportunities.
