Learn More...What the trial includes
- 25 Copilot Business licences for 30 days. Full access to Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus Copilot Chat grounded in your Microsoft 365 content.
- Eligibility check and setup. We confirm your licences, assign users and configure the admin settings before Day 1.
- Guided onboarding. Each user receives a kickoff email with role-relevant prompts, so nobody starts from a blank screen.
- Governance from the start. We review permissions and data-access settings so Copilot only surfaces content people are meant to see.
- End-of-trial review. We go through usage data with you, identify the strongest use cases and outline what a paid rollout would look like.
How to get started
- We confirm eligibility. Our team checks your licences and the trial requirements with you.
- We set up your trial. Licences are assigned and admin settings configured before your team starts.
- Your team gets going. Users follow the weekly plan with guidance from Intelegain.
- We review the results. Together we assess usage and decide on next steps.
Is your organisation eligible?
The trial is designed for organisations that:
- Have fewer than 300 employees
- Use Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard or Business Premium
- Do not currently hold paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licences
- Have not previously taken this trial (one trial per organisation)
- Can nominate a sponsor and an admin to coordinate the trial
Not sure whether you qualify? Submit the form and we will tell you.
Why run your trial with Intelegain
The trial is designed for organisations that:
- Microsoft partner expertise. Intelegain is a Microsoft Solutions Partner working across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Agentic AI.
- Adoption and governance, not just licences. A trial works when the right people use it on the right tasks with the right data permissions. We plan for all three.
- A clear path beyond the trial. If Copilot proves its value, we can support licensing, rollout, training and the next step, whether that is connecting Copilot to Dynamics 365 or building custom agents.
Frequently Asked Questions
Organisations with fewer than 300 employees that use a Microsoft 365 Business plan and do not yet have paid Copilot licences. We confirm eligibility with you before setting anything up.
No. No payment details are required to request the trial.
Microsoft sets the trial to convert to a paid subscription by default when the 30 days end. We confirm the terms with you before setup, send a reminder and a quote ahead of Day 30, and can adjust the number of seats or cancel before conversion if you decide not to continue.
Not necessarily. We confirm the set-up requirements with you at the start, including the partner relationship needed for us to assign licences in your Microsoft 365 environment.
Availability depends on Microsoft's programme rules and on your location. Select your country in the form and we will confirm whether the trial can be arranged for your organisation.
Yes. Up to 25 users can be assigned licences. We recommend a mix of roles, such as sales, finance, operations and management, so you can see how Copilot performs across different types of work.
Copilot Chat is included with eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions and is different from a paid Copilot licence. The trial is aimed at organisations without paid Copilot licences, and we confirm your position at sign-up.
Copilot works with the content and permissions already in your Microsoft 365 environment. It shows people only what they already have access to, which is why we review permissions before the trial begins.
The trial is fixed at 25 users and 30 days. If you want to go further, we can discuss a paid pilot or rollout.
