Intelligence 360 – Privacy Policy
AI Powered Lead Enrichment solution
Last updated: 15th Oct 2026
1. Overview
Intelligence 360 is an AI-powered lead enrichment service that connects with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, or a custom CRM solution for organizations that do not use an existing CRM platform (each, a “Connected CRM”). Depending on the Connected CRM, sales records may be described as Leads, Opportunities, or Deals. When an authorized user requests a report for a selected record, the Integration sends the information described in Section 2.2 to the Intelligence 360 cloud service (the “Service”). The Service uses that information and relevant publicly available sources to generate an enrichment report and returns it to the user inside their respective CRM.
This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information processed through the Integration and the Service.
2. Information we collect and access
2.1 Organization information collected once during registration
When an organization first registers the Integration, the installer or connected CRM account provides the following information. This registration collection occurs once, unless the organization later asks us to update its details:
- CRM organization or account ID (the unique identifier of the organization in the connected CRM)
- Company name
- Contact (administrator) name, email address and phone number
- Optional business context entered by the organization: description of the company, industry, products and service lines, and preferred language. This is used to tailor the reports.
- We use this information to issue a license key for the organization. The license key is then used to validate report requests and confirm that the requesting organization is authorized to use the Service.
2.2 CRM record information processed when a report is requested
Only when an authorized user requests a report for a selected CRM record, the Integration sends the following information for that record. A selected record may be a Lead or Opportunity in Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a Lead or Deal were supported by Zoho CRM or HubSpot CRM. In a custom CRM deployment, the corresponding sales record selected by the user is processed:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Job title
- Company name
- The CRM record identifier and request type, so the generated result can be matched to the correct Lead, Opportunity, Deal, or corresponding custom CRM record
The Integration does not bulk-export CRM data. It processes information only for records that an authorized user chooses to enrich.
2.3 Report Jobs and information generated by the Service
- Report Jobs: AI-generated research relating to the selected CRM record and associated organization, which may include company background, professional role, recent business information, and potential sales opportunities.
- Report Job records: Request identifier, processing status, timestamps, and sufficient record labels to associate the job back to the related CRM record.
- Service usage information: Credits consumed, remaining & aggregate service activity required to administer subscription entitlements, billing, and usage limits.
2.4 Payment information
If an organization buys additional credits, payment is taken on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We do not store or receive card numbers or other payment details whatsoever.
2.5 What we do not collect
- We do not collect your CRM credentials. CRM logins are independent of this solution and operate accordingly.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not collect payment card numbers.
- The Service API does not use cookies or advertising trackers. Any customer-facing web page used with the Service may use cookies only where necessary for security, authentication, or requested functionality.
