Intelegain architected a solution to track NPA accounts and the processes followed to recover/settle these accounts. NPA Management System aims to assist banks and financial institutions to handle the large documentation and compliance part pertaining to NPAs. The application has in-built workflows to help banks in tracking and managing NPA and plan appropriate action as per guidelines published by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This includes Case Management, Litigation Management, Resolution Strategy etc.
The solution is focused towards improving the overall process and reduce the overall time required to recover the assets.
Foreclosure Management System
The FMS application developed for a US corporation helped record cash receipts against the invoices in the Order Management System. This includes storing various types of payments/credits/refunds/Write offs against recorded invoices. Scope included development of the system, recording payment against existing invoices, importing batch payments, A/R Summary reporting and other payment reports.
Mortgage CRM System
Intelegain designed and constructed from ground up, a comprehensive Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a US based Mortgage company.
The Mortgage CRM System is a web-based all-in-one application that automates mortgage management, marketing and sales. It facilitates easy, automatic tracking, distribution, reporting and follow-up for leads, pending loan applications, prospective as well as existing clients.
The Mortgage CRM ensured better customer relationships and allowed users to close more loans in less time. In addition to marketing automation, it features complete contact management, process automation, transaction tracking and sales management.
