Key Responsibilities

  • Build custom 2D/3D animations, cool text effects and smooth transitions.
  • The videos need to be optimised, using combination of text and videos for Social Media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and more.
  • Pick the right music and add sound effects (SFX) to make the video feel immersive.
  • Use a mix of text overlays and video to make sure content performs well on mobile screens.
  • Use  VFX to give every video a high-quality “finished” look.
  • Create templates and organized systems so our video style stays consistent and easy to produce.
  • Keep an eye on the latest social media trends and tools to keep our content fresh.
  • Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator to create or modify assets for motion.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience with 3D tools (Blender / Cinema 4D).
  • Knowledge of After Effects expressions.
  • Familiarity with web animations.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance-driven editing.
  • Knowledge of color correction and basic sound mixing.
  • Experience editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow.

    • Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it, having exposure to the application support engagement
    • Project management skills is added advantage.
    • Requirement gathering, analysis and ability to convert raw requirements into actionable design document.
    • Knowledge of any add-on solution on top of NAV/BC in any domain will be good to have.
    • Provide demo of configured product to clients, end user training and conduct functional testing of the application.
