Role Objective
The M365 Expert will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will look for cloud productivity tools, ensuring high availability, robust security (Defender/Intune), and seamless collaboration across SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender XDR.
- Oversee Intune (MDM/MAM) and Autopilot deployments.
- Manage DLP policies and data retention via Microsoft Purview.
- Use PowerShell to script and automate routine tenant tasks.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in M365/Cloud Engineering.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and PowerShell.
