- Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic software and tools on laptops/desktops
- Provide basic IT support to users (OS, applications, access issues)
- Assist in managing source code repositories using GitLab (basic operations like clone, commit, push, pull)
- Support basic cloud tasks on platforms such as Azure (VM monitoring, user access, basic services)
- Help in user account creation, password reset, and access management
- Monitor systems and report issues to senior engineers
- Maintain basic documentation for IT and cloud activities
- Windows OS / Linux basics
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Git & GitLab
