Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead Warming, leading to closure and deal signing.
-Participating in events, conferences as & when required.
-Understanding service offerings, project portfolio, its various capabilities in various verticals and horizontals.
-Will work closely with the sales/business development team in trying to meet sales targets and closures.
-Account Management – Managing customers that have been converted, trying to upsell and maintain relationship with clients and help grow the account.
Skills Required:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must gain good understanding or interest in IT and digital technologies.
-Confidence in interacting with prospects or clients.
-Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, social media, or sales tools (preferred but not mandatory).
-Ability to learn fast, stay organized, and take initiative.
